Apply through the official UNNATI portal. Upload:
- DPR (Detailed Project Report)
- Land documents (ownership or lease)
- PAN, GST, Udyam registration
- Incorporation certificate
- CA-certified cost statements
- Bank loan sanction or NEDFi support letter
🔹 Step 2: District-Level Scrutiny
- DIC officer conducts site visit with geo-tagging
- Verifies infrastructure, documentation, and status
- Submits eligibility report to State Authority
